OCCO Terms of Service
Effective 3 September 2026. Customer-specific pricing, support and activation terms may also be stated in a quotation, invoice or service agreement.
The service
OCCO provides business-management software and related services, including OCCO PMS. Available features depend on the customer's subscription plan, configuration and connected third-party services.
Accounts and access
Customers are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, assigning appropriate staff permissions and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Customer data
Customers retain their rights in business data they submit to OCC and authorise OCCO and approved service providers to process that data as necessary to provide and secure the service.
Third-party integrations
OCCO may connect to payment, communications, OTA or other providers. Those services remain subject to their own availability, terms and customer-account requirements. Unless expressly stated in writing, OCCO is not the third-party payment processor.
Trials and subscriptions
Trial duration, pricing, billing periods, included features and renewal terms are stated in the applicable OCCO plan or customer-specific offer. A negotiated commercial discount does not necessarily change which product plan or feature set is assigned to the customer.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to access another customer's data, bypass security controls, misuse integrations, interfere with the service or use OCCO for unlawful activity.
Availability
OCCO will use reasonable efforts to operate and support the service. Any specific service-level commitment must be stated separately in writing.
