OCCO Privacy Notice
Effective 3 September 2026. This notice explains at a high level how information is handled when customers use OCCO services.
Information we process
Depending on the service, OCCO may process account information, business details, staff records, guest or customer information entered by an OCCO customer, reservation and transaction records, technical logs and support communications.
Why we process information
Information is processed to create and secure accounts, provide requested services, operate customer workspaces, support users, prevent abuse, maintain operational records and meet contractual or legal obligations.
Customer business data
Each OCCO customer is responsible for information it enters about guests, employees, customers and suppliers. OCC uses access controls and tenant separation so customer workspaces are designed to remain logically isolated.
Service providers and integrations
OCCO may use specialist infrastructure, email and approved payment/integration providers. Third-party services remain subject to the provider's own terms and account requirements.
Security
OCC uses technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect customer information, including authenticated access, tenant-scoped permissions, encrypted communications and protected service credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Users may request correction of account or business information through their OCCO administrator or support contact. Additional data-rights requests are handled according to applicable law and the customer's service agreement.
